Μια ακόμη απαιτητική ημέρα στο χειρουργείο.
Ένα δύσκολο Σαββατιάτικο πρωινό, που όμως μας αντάμειψε με ένα αποτέλεσμα αντάξιο της προσπάθειας.
Αντιμετωπίσαμε ένα συντριπτικό τρισφύριο κάταγμα–εξάρθρημα ποδοκνημικής , μια κάκωση υψηλής ενέργειας που απαιτεί ακρίβεια, εμπειρία και απόλυτο σεβασμό στη βιομηχανική της άρθρωσης.
Με οπισθοπλάγια προσπέλαση αποκαταστήσαμε το οπίσθιο σφυρό και το κάταγμα του έξω σφυρού, ενώ με έσω προσπέλαση ολοκληρώθηκε η ανατομική ανάταξη του έσω σφυρού.
Η αρθρική επιφάνεια αποκαταστάθηκε ανατομικά, προσφέροντας τις καλύτερες δυνατές προϋποθέσεις για λειτουργική αποκατάσταση.
Το αποτέλεσμα μας ικανοποιεί. Η προσπάθεια συνεχίζεται.

A challenging Saturday morning, rewarded with a result that justifies the effort.
We managed a complex trimalleolar fracture-dislocation of the ankle , a high-energy injury requiring precision, experience, and absolute respect for joint biomechanics.
Using a posterolateral approach, we addressed the posterior malleolus and lateral malleolus fractures, followed by a medial approach for fixation of the medial malleolus.
The articular surface was restored with anatomical reduction, ensuring optimal conditions for functional recovery.
The outcome is satisfying. The work continues.

Ein herausfordernder Samstagmorgen – belohnt mit einem Ergebnis, das den Aufwand rechtfertigt.
Wir behandelten eine komplexe trimalleoläre Sprunggelenksfraktur mit Luxation – eine Hochenergieverletzung, die Präzision, Erfahrung und absoluten Respekt für die Biomechanik des Gelenks erfordert.
Über einen posterolateralen Zugang versorgten wir den hinteren Malleolus sowie die Fraktur des lateralen Malleolus; anschließend erfolgte über einen medialen Zugang die anatomische Reposition und Fixation des medialen Malleolus.
Die Gelenkfläche wurde anatomisch wiederhergestellt und schafft damit optimale Voraussetzungen für die funktionelle Rehabilitation.
Das Ergebnis ist zufriedenstellend. Die Arbeit geht weiter.

Una mañana de sábado desafiante, recompensada con un resultado a la altura del esfuerzo.
Tratamos una compleja fractura-luxación trimalleolar del tobillo , una lesión de alta energía que requiere precisión, experiencia y absoluto respeto por la biomecánica articular.
Mediante un abordaje posterolateral, tratamos el maléolo posterior y la fractura del maléolo lateral; posteriormente, con un abordaje medial, completamos la reducción anatómica y la fijación del maléolo medial.
La superficie articular se restauró con reducción anatómica, ofreciendo las mejores condiciones posibles para la recuperación funcional.
El resultado es satisfactorio. El trabajo continúa.
